Customer Care RepresentativeLocation: On-site in Las Vegas, NV 89115Employment Type: Full-Time | Non-ExemptPay: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experienceSchedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm PST Position SummaryCJ Pony Parts is seeking a Customer Care Representative who will interact with customers by phone, web chat, and email. This individual will provide accurate product and service information, resolve order issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
