Your Role Awaits

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering essential diagnostics, and creating personalized care blueprints
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses independently or in conjunction with physicians (as credentialed)
• Guiding patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and management
• Prescribing necessary medications and treatments in accordance with practice protocols
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic disease management efforts
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee integrated, holistic care
• Documenting all relevant interactions meticulously within electronic medical records (EMR)

What We Seek

• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certification Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or its equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or readiness to obtain within 90 days)
