This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule tailored to fit the needs of our clients as well as your own. While standard hours will be maintained, some evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate client schedules, ensuring that we provide comprehensive support to those we serve. Our hospice center will be a primary focus, and team members will engage in regular virtual meetings to discuss client progress and team objectives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and resources that can aid in their treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• With a focus on client-centered care, develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies. Continuously monitor the progress of these plans, adjusting as needed to enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s mental health needs are addressed in an integrated manner.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions that foster community and recovery among clients, empowering them through shared experiences.

• Perform crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring that clients receive immediate support during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards to support effective treatment planning and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus.
