50 Eggs Hospitality Group | Miami, Florida (Hybrid) Social Media & Content Creator Manager Position Overview 50 Eggs Hospitality Group is seeking a highly creative, disciplined, and execution-focused Social Media & Content Creator Manager to support the continued growth and development of our hospitality brands. This is a hybrid, hands-on role working directly with the CEO and Founder, designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can execute across multiple creative and marketing functions with precision and accountability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and brand storytelling , with the ability to develop compelling visual and digital content while maintaining high brand standards across multiple concepts. This is not a strategy-only role. This is an execution-heavy position requiring strong organization, urgency, creativity, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Manage and execute social media strategies across multiple hospitality brands and platforms Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaigns Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms Monitor engagement, audience growth, and performance analytics to optimize content effectiveness Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content strategies Content Creation & Brand Storytelling Develop compelling photo, video, and written content that reflects each brand’s identity and positioning Capture and edit lifestyle, hospitality, food & beverage, and behind-the-scenes content Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activations Support new concept launches, brand refreshes, and creative initiatives across the organization Ensure all content maintains visual consistency and aligns with company standards Graphic Design & Creative Production Create high-quality graphic design materials for digital and print use Design social media graphics, promotional assets, presentations, menus, flyers, email campaigns, and marketing collateral Support executive-level presentations and internal creative materials Maintain organized digital asset libraries and brand templates Ensure all creative work is accurate, polished, and delivered on schedule Executive Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work directly with the CEO and Founder on marketing, branding, and creative initiatives Collaborate with operations, culinary, and leadership teams to support business objectives Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, designers, and creative vendors when necessary Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or graphic design Strong graphic design experience required Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred) Canva Video editing platforms and social media tools Strong understanding of social media strategy, engagement, and content trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously Strong creative eye with an understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and hospitality branding Preferred Experience Hospitality, restaurant, nightlife, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience preferred Photography and videography experience strongly preferred Experience supporting multi-unit or multi-brand organizations Experience working in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments Core Competencies Creativity with strong execution discipline Ownership and accountability Attention to detail and brand consistency Adaptability and urgency Professional communication and collaboration Ability to thrive under pressure and shifting priorities Work Environment Hybrid position based in Miami, Florida Combination of in-office collaboration, property visits, events, and remote flexibility Fast-paced, entrepreneurial hospitality environment with direct access to executive leadership Why Join 50 Eggs Hospitality Group 50 Eggs Hospitality Group is a hospitality-driven, multi-brand platform built on innovation, growth, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
