Billing Operations Analyst - Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Analyst to join our team and support billing operations, customer enrollment processing, compliance reporting, and account management. Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts and transactions using internal and third-party systems. Process customer enrollments, troubleshoot validation errors, and ensure timely utility submissions. Reconcile utility transactions and resolve exceptions. Ensure required customer and regulatory notifications are accurate and timely. Analyze billing and usage data to identify discrepancies and potential issues. Assist with regulatory filings and compliance reporting. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency. Maintain documentation, procedures, and operational records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, billing operations. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of MS SQL preferred. Energy, utility, billing, or regulatory experience is a plus. Why Join Us?
