Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health status, substance use history, and treatment needs.

• Designing and implementing behavior management strategies tailored to the individual needs of clients.
\n
• Providing both individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster healing and recovery.

• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, which may include addiction specialists, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers, to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions and psychoeducation to support families in understanding and aiding their loved ones in recovery.

• Maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports using electronic health records (EHR).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health issues. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding the unique challenges they face, and providing compassionate support tailored to their specific needs. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• A valid and active LCSW license in California.

• At least two years of clinical practice experience, preferably in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
