Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We have multiple BCBA opportunities available in Bradenton, FL and Sarasota, FL! As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Virtus Health, you will have the opportunity to:
- Model, Mentor and Inspire - Provide clinical leadership, mentorship and supervision to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians ensuring outstanding quality care.
- Use Cutting Edge Technology including Central Reach - Create high quality customized individual treatment plans to achieve client short-term goals while maximizing long-term results.
- Collaborate with Other Clinicians - Be part of a team of Clinicians who share your dedication, desire and common purpose of making a difference in the lives of the children we serve.
- Grow Your Expertise as a Clinician - Receive on-going training and support including internal and external CEU opportunities. (Annual $1,200 CEU Stipend Provided).
- Highly competitive compensation including incentive structure.

- Reasonable caseload sizes
- Career advancement opportunities from BCBA to Lead BCBA to Regional Director positions.
- Administrative support provided to maintain the clinical schedule that you request for the team to have in place.
- Ability to transfer to other Virtus Health locations based on availability.
- No evening or weekend work - working hours are Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4:30 PM.
