Training Supervisor

Coordinating the activities of Training Specialists, the full-time remote Training Supervisor will assist the Training Manager by monitoring daily staff activities, formulating curriculum, and addressing training needs related to health insurance products and procedures. Key responsibilities Monitor and manage daily activities of Training Specialists to ensure effective training delivery Develop and formulate training curriculum based on operational needs and instructional methods Collaborate with operations management to identify training requirements and evaluate training effectiveness Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Organization Development, Instructional Design, or a related field Five or more years of training and development experience, including needs assessment and training design Experience in training evaluation and performance improvement Previous experience leading teams is preferred but not required
