Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.Responsibilities of the Training Supervisor:Create a bootcamp Training (theory and hands on) starting with Mount and Wire and Coils Brazing.Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, temp employees.Track 30-60-90 day training completion and close attention to new employees.Collaborate with HR and operations to improve employee retention by identify training skill gaps with existing employees and increase employee engagement.Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar, and be the owner of Alchemy Training Software.Content Development TrainingRecertification by job class and area.Individual performance trackingUp to date skill matrix for the plant with accurate recordsEvaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.Supervises operations trainers within a manufacturing environment.University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience.Expected OutcomesReduction in production errors and rework.Improved audit scores and compliance readiness.Increased employee engagement and retention.Enhanced operational flexibility through cross-training.Stronger safety performance metrics with new hires.Improved Voice SurveyImprovement on Safety, Quality and OTDSALARY RANGE: $85,200 - $127,800 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
