What You'll Do
Meet with clients to identify their financial protection needs
Educate families on insurance and wealth-building solutions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Generate leas through referrals, networking, and company-provided resources
Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional client service
Participate in ongoing training and personal development
Learn leadership and agency-building systems
Mentor and develop new agents as your business grows
