Investor Engagement Support Analyst
Open Systems Technologies
Interact directly with investment professionals at all levels of the organization as a trusted advisor Respond to functional, data, and technical questions related to trade lifecycle management tools from end-users Troubleshoot issues, determine root cause, and identify appropriate corrective actions for the trade lifecycle management tools Manage production bridges to resolve significant systems and data issues Provide clear verbal and written communication to both end-user and technical audiences, and be able to guide both users and developers to solutions Ensure that service levels within this critical support area are maintained at a high level Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance or a related subject 5+ years business or systems analysis experience in global capital markets Experience with CRD, Murex or other OMS platforms for real-time portfolio analytics, P&L and exposure Experience with SQL Understanding of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, swaps, options, futures, forwards, derivatives and FX Experience with advanced investment data concepts such as holdings, transactions, security master, analytics, performance, and attribution Hands‑on experience working directly with investment professionals #J-18808-Ljbffr Open Systems Technologies
