The State-of-Missouri is recruiting for a Benefit Program Technician based in Columbia Township. In this role, you will assist Missouri citizens in accessing food, medical, financial, and nutritional aid. Responsible for determining eligibility, you'll conduct client interviews and ensure proper assistance. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of customer service experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree. You should be personable, compassionate, and ready to help others in need.
