Multi-family Property Manager - OKC, Lawton, & Muskogee locations

Overview Oversees the work of staff involved in the operation and maintenance of apartment facilities and equipment, and is accountable for all property operations, including financial oversight, legal compliance, tenant management, and maintenance requirements. Responsibilities Oversee staff involved in the operation and maintenance of apartment facilities and equipment. Be accountable for all property operations, including financial oversight, legal compliance, tenant management, and maintenance requirements. Interpret budgets and adhere to expenditure guidelines. Negotiate contracts and protect the owner from lawsuits and legalities involving resident relations. Conduct business in accordance with Fair Housing Legislation. Qualifications Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED with two years of apartment industry or customer service management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills: Prior Yardi or other accounting software experience preferred. HUD experience required for some properties. Must have a valid driver\'s license.
