Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Injury Litigation Attorney role located in West Hollywood, CA. The attorney will manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and motions. Daily responsibilities include conducting and defending depositions, appearing in courts for hearings, mediations, and trials, and negotiating settlements when appropriate. The role involves regular communication with clients to provide updates, explain legal strategies, and prepare them for key litigation events. The attorney will collaborate with support staff, manage deadlines, and ensure that each case receives thorough, individualized attention. Qualifications Strong foundation in personal injury law and civil litigation, with the ability to analyze liability, damages, and insurance issues. Experience drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions, and other litigation-related filings. Proficiency in navigating courts at the state level, managing hearings, conferences, and compliance with court rules and procedures. Trial-ready skills, including case preparation, witness examination, and presentation of evidence from pre-trial through verdict. Hands-on experience conducting and defending depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts, with strong questioning and evaluation skills. Active California Bar license in good standing. Excellent written and verbal advocacy, negotiation skills, and client communication abilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Prior personal injury or plaintiff-side experience is highly preferred.
