Receptionist

Legacy Village of Salt River is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first person that residents, families, visitors, and vendors see when they enter our community, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while providing administrative support to our team.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $18-18.50/hour
• The starting rate is based on current experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, guests, and vendors with a warm and professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the community leadership team
• Schedule appointments and assist with calendars as needed
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Assist with office organization and ordering office supplies
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications

• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, hospitality, or senior living experience is preferred but not required
