The Opportunity

At Adobe, the Executive Assistant (EA) role offers an outstanding chance to support the Vice President of our Global Marketing Organization's (GMO) Adobe Creative org. The VP leads a distributed team that creates the brand, content, and creative tied to our marketing campaigns. As part of GMO, you will help unify messaging, channels, and execution across diverse audience groups and regions. This role is pivotal in simplifying collaboration and delivering flawless end-to-end audience experiences. This role involves close cooperation with executive clients, partners, senior management, and various departments including GMO, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales. Success depends on demonstrating experience in dynamic environments, careful attention to detail, and the skill to create solid connections internally and externally. What you'll Do

Coordinate sophisticated VP calendar management. Be responsive to key partners, even outside normal business hours. Represent Adobe and the VP in a brand-building light with thoughtful and timely follow-through. Ensure VP has briefing materials and context in advance of meetings. Arrange travel and accommodation, prepare expense reports, and coordinate team offsites and customer visits. Manage vendors, purchase orders, and team events. Liaise with various internal groups including exec comms/PR, event coordinators, research/engineering, product, sales, legal, and strategy & ops. Prepare administrative and operational presentations, agendas, and reports. Participate in or lead special projects. What you need to succeed

Pursuit of excellence accompanied by careful attention to detail. Exceptionally organized, capable of prioritizing and managing intricate tasks in a fast-paced setting. Proactively and creatively problem solves with an independent approach; ability to navigate ambiguous and changing environments. Curious and possessing excellent judgment with an interest in understanding Adobe’s business. Discretion in handling sensitive information. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to engage professionally across various levels. A great teammate with a flexible, can-do attitude and calm demeanor under pressure. Skills and Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives. Proficiency with enterprise tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Concur. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Flexible hours as dictated by business needs. . Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,200 - $174,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
