Metrics Team Analyst

What will you be doing? Barclays Services LLC seeks Metrics Team Analyst in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available): Supporting the Analytics function in delivering insight to support the strategy and direction of the USBC Operations teams. Utilizing key analytical tools and processes to drive operational efficiency, cost efficiency and a strong focus on Customer Experience. Exploring opportunities for virtual channels and automated technologies to support customer demand. Helping define business cases when implementing new technologies or processes. Executing on key automation opportunities to deliver insight into the hands of our external and internal stakeholders quickly. Assessing and communicate risks to Departmental Leadership to ensure that project goals and objectives are being met. Helping define visualization standards for presentations and dashboards. Sharing insights with Senior Leaders across the business with strong presentation skills. Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $137,750 per year Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $155,000 per year The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available. Purpose of the role To extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, developing robust decision models, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the departments. Accountabilities Identification and extraction of relevant data from various internal and external sources. Performing sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of existing models. Development and implementation of data quality control procedures. Building and validation of quantitative models to support decision-making across different business areas.
