The Huffines Sales Consultant is a product knowledge expert and is responsible for assisting customers with purchasing a new or pre-owned car, truck, or SUV. They provide a world-class buying experience from welcome to delivery by connecting with customers to assess their needs, providing recommendations for vehicle selection, demonstrating vehicle\'s safety and features, assisting with financing options, and completing the essential documentation to transact the sale. Greets, and offers assistance or direction to all customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot Interviews customer to determine needs and wants Engage with customers in person, by phone, and electronically Explains vehicle features and performance, applications, and benefits to customers Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork following established dealership policies Attends product and sales training courses and meetings Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery before customer arrival Follows up with customer purchases to ensure customer satisfaction Establishes personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals Maintains a prospect development system Performs other duties as assigned Bilingual (preferred) English and Spanish One year of automotive sales experience (preferred) Proven ability to work well in a process-driven environment High school diploma or GED Demonstrated ability to work well with others and be a team player Results-oriented self-starter Unrestricted driver license and clean driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering world-class customer service Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly Proficiency in computer skills Huffines Compensation and Benefits No mandatory “bell to bell” schedules Flexible Monday through Saturday five-day workweek Work-life balanced culture Optional benefits including medical, vision, dental, and Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Company provided meal on Saturdays Chaplain Services HUFFINES IS A DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE In addition to background checks, Huffines performs pre-employment and random drug testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
