As a Program Coordinator you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model. Have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs and possess a valid license.
