Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator oversees the 340B Drug Pricing Program, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and supporting financial performance. Key Responsibilities They provide training and education to staff involved with the program, promoting best practices and understanding. Operational management, maintaining regulatory standards, and enhancing program efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or a PharmD. Five years of experience managing a 340B pharmacy program, preferably in an acute care hospital setting. Experience in retail or hospital revenue cycle processes, pharmacy purchasing, billing, and reimbursement is essential. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMRs, and pharmacy systems. Certification in Apexus 340B is required.
