DevYap Realty Group, Inc. is looking for a hands on manager who can run the operations department. No "consultants" please! OPM must be able to perform company operations including but not limited to the following: Responsibilities Hire first‑rate staff; train and maintain the same to provide excellent service to our clients. Deal with client issues. Oversee and maintain the warehouse operations. Understand and comply with governmental requirements. "Own the job"; success driven and put the necessary amount of time and effort to provide the quality service our clients are accustomed to receiving. Maintain 20+ pieces of equipment in good working order.
