Shift: Days, Full-Time

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Licensure/Certifications: Kansas State Occupational Therapy License required

Experience: 1+ year preferred; pediatric experience a plus

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $36.60 – $45.00 (based on experience and education)

Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

What You'll Do

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients aged 0-3 in the Infant-Child Development (ICD) program
• Deliver specific occupational therapy interventions to address delays in activities of daily living, sensory, neuromuscular, cognitive, and psychosocial skills
• Educate and collaborate with families to support children's developmental progress
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with health standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in discharge and transition planning to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid Kansas Occupational Therapy License
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Licensure, certifications, or credentials as required by state law
