Our specialized sales and recruitment teams are deeply experienced in Energy, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction, matching skilled professionals with opportunities that drive business impact. Primary Responsibilities:

\n

Effectively source candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.

\n

Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.

\n

Organize candidate search process and manage expectations around rates, salaries, titles, and client requirements.

\n

Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing tangible and detailed information that will help to ensure a successful interview process.

\n

Maintain effective and frequent communication with candidates to develop long-term relationships.

\n

Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers to candidates.

\n

Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing, and maintaining suitable candidates.

\n

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

\n

Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree)

\n

Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn

\n

Interests in recruiting and sales

\n

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

\n

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage

\n

Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively

\n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

\n

-Base Salary 50,000 plus an uncapped competitive commission structure.
