The Penso Agency is actively hiring individuals to support clients who have already requested life and health insurance information.

No cold calling. No prospecting. Just real conversations with interested prospects.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based income and structured mentorship designed to help you ramp quickly.

What You’ll Get

Warm inbound leads (no chasing)
Proven, step-by-step sales system
Ongoing mentorship and coaching
Support to obtain your Life & Health license
CRM and full operational backend support

Compensation

This is a 100% performance-based role with uncapped earning potential.

Top producers typically earn $110,000–$175,000+ annually , depending on activity and consistency.

Your income is directly tied to your results — no ceilings.

What You’ll Do

Respond to inbound client inquiries
Present tailored coverage solutions
Follow up and close business
Participate in training and team development

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience preferred (commission background is a plus)
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Comfortable in a performance-based environment
Willing to obtain a Life & Health license (we’ll support you)

This role is ideal for individuals who want control over their income and prefer performance-based upside over a fixed salary.
