Project ManagerThe commercial construction Project Manager (PM) role is integral to the success of our projects. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently, meeting customer expectations while staying within budget parameters and on schedule. To be a successful PM at Renovia, it will require working cross-functionally, managing resources effectively, following identified processes, and implementing best practices.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and facilitate project meetings with customers, contractors, and vendors to align on expectations, timelines, and deliverables, following standard operating proceduresRecruit and maintain contractor relationships that align with Renovia standards and project needsCollaborate with internal team during project review for cost and scope validation, as well as education of project efficiencies and discrepanciesMonitor project financials, profit, loss, and expenditures, ensuring accurate documentation and approvals to align with cash flow scheduleAllocate resources effectively and efficiently, monitoring utilization and adjusting plans as needed to optimize performanceMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, milestones achieved, issues, schedules, and post-project evaluationsIdentify potential risks, proactively addressing issues and challenges to develop mitigation strategies and keep the project on trackShare work responsibilities with estimators to create efficiency in the branch during seasonal fluctuationsEducation / Knowledge / Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 3 - 6 years experience in paint or construction industryAbility to manage overnight travel 1 to 2 nights per weekStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously across regionSalesforce or Project Management Software experience preferredProficient in Excel and Microsoft suiteAbout RenoviaRenovia is in the commercial construction industry specializing in coatings and repairs.
