responsibilities:

• Lead multiple concurrent industrialization projects, including line modifications for capacity increases and new line installations for expanded capabilities.
• Integrate complex workstream schedules into master project plans in Smartsheet, actively managing critical-path interdependencies across technical teams.
• Build and maintain Smartsheet project architectures, automated workflows, and real-time dashboards to provide schedule health visibility to leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling for machine startup, process development, tooling, programming, and part qualification to ensure disciplined handoffs to production.
• Serve as the central execution hub across CAPEX, CAD/CAM, Quality, and Deployment teams to resolve priority and resource conflicts through data-driven tradeoffs.

qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with advanced proficiency in Smartsheet architecture and schedule integration.
