Cross Border Talents

A leading professional services provider is seeking a Quality Analyst to join their team in Lisbon. This role involves working closely with Quality Assurance Leaders, training auditors on Content Policies, and ensuring decision accuracy. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Norwegian (ideally native), has at least one year of experience in a BPO environment, and possesses strong analytical skills.
