Medical Front Office Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a Medical Front Office Coordinator to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Responsibilities Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner. Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff. Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures. Escort patients to exam rooms. Accurately input all patient demographic and insurance data in our online system. Collect co‑pays and balances based on data provided through the online account information system. Maintain open communication with the clinical and management team. Act as a patient navigator: ensuring accurate booking of patients, notifying the clinical team when patients arrive and when they are ready to start their clinical visit. After the visit, prepare patients to leave by scheduling follow‑up appointments and ensuring understanding of follow‑up requirements. Develop, execute and manage social media strategy, track results and adapt tactics as needed. Qualifications Minimum of a BA degree and a 2‑year commitment. Previous experience in healthcare administration or related fields. Familiarity with medical billing procedures. Strong organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
