• Engage in departmental activities such as cost management, staff management, and clinical practice improvement to elevate service quality.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards to improve patient satisfaction and contribute to a positive clinic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from amateur athletes to individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and each treatment plan is designed to address the unique physical health challenges they face, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding them toward their personal goals of recovery and enhanced performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification at the time of hire.
• Excellent multitasking abilities while maintaining a patient-focused demeanor, even in busy environments.
• Strong analytic and prioritization skills to manage various patient cases effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, to foster collaboration among colleagues and effectively educate patients.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills to maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on sports medicine preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with patient management software and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits
