The Growth Marketing Manager owns lifecycle marketing across Elm Street Technology's product family (IDX Broker, IXACT Contact, OutboundEngine, VoicePad, and Aiva), partnering with prospects and customers from first touch through renewal and expansion, with a heavy emphasis on supporting the launch and growth of new products offered by Elm Street Technology.

This person owns lead nurture for our organic and non-paid channels, and helps to build and optimize the onboarding, trial-to-paid, and retention/win-back journeys that carry every customer through the lifecycle, regardless of how they were acquired. They partner closely with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Sales to keep these programs data-driven and well-aligned.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Lifecycle Strategy & Execution : Shape and drive customer lifecycle strategy across all Elm Street Technology brands, identifying gaps and building programs to close them.
• Lead Nurture & Organic/Non-Paid Lead Sources : Design, build, and optimize automated lead nurture sequences for leads and traffic generated through organic and non-paid channels (SEO, content, referral, organic social); paid acquisition is managed by an agency partner.
• Onboarding, Adoption & Trial-to-Paid Conversion: Partner with Customer Success to build onboarding and product adoption journeys, and own trial-to-paid conversion sequences, with priority focus on new product launches. 
• Customer Engagement, Retention & Expansion : Develop retention, win-back, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns that support long-term customer value and expansion across the product portfolio.
• CRM Segmentation & Marketing Automation Platform Execution : Own CRM segmentation strategy, and serve as the primary marketing owner of workflow builds, list hygiene, deliverability, and campaign optimization within GoHighLevel.
• Cross-Functional Partnership : Work closely with Customer Success and Revenue Operations to align campaigns with lifecycle touchpoints and ensure programs run on clean data and well-aligned workflows; partner with Product and Sales to keep campaigns aligned with product capabilities and priorities.
• New Product Launch Support: Serve as a key lifecycle marketing partner for new product launches, building the customer journey infrastructure from the ground up. 
• Reporting & Optimization : Analyze campaign and funnel performance data, report on key metrics, and use insights to continuously test and improve lifecycle programs.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, CRM marketing, or demand generation, with hands-on experience building automated customer journeys (lead nurture, onboarding, trial-to-paid, retention/win-back).
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, or similar), including building workflows, segmentation, and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring and reporting on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, and excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write and refine campaign copy independently.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience partnering with a Customer Success function and a Revenue Operations/CRM ownership function to align campaigns with customer touchpoints and ensure clean, well-aligned data and workflows.
• Experience nurturing and converting leads generated through organic/inbound channels (SEO, content, referral, organic social) as distinct from paid acquisition.
• Experience supporting a SaaS product launch or new product introduction and working across multiple brands or a portfolio of products simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SQL or comparable data querying/analysis tools; experience working remotely.
• Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable operating with a degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, scaling environment; strong project management skills managing multiple lifecycle programs simultaneously.
• Embraces AI tools and actively looks for ways to apply them to lifecycle marketing work — to scale programs, speed up execution, and create efficiency.

Compensation: The expected base salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Eligible employees may also participate in Elm Street's bonus, equity, and benefits programs. 

Location: This is a fully remote position open to candidates who reside in and are authorized to work in the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
