You will oversee plumbing and piping projects from kickoff to completion. Your goal is to ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain strict safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage project schedules, materials logistics, and day-to-day site progress.Communication: Run point on communications with customers, contractors, and internal teams.Financial Management: Build accurate cost estimates, track expenditures, and draft change orders.Document Review: Interpret architectural blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical job specifications.Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, engineering teams, and property owners.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 3–5+ years of hands-on plumbing trade experience, plus 2+ years managing construction projects.Licensing: A valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license is highly preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Procore) and estimating software.Logistics: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.BenefitsCompetitive payComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) and company-observed holidays100% employer paid health insuranceSupportive, family-oriented environment
