Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist in the Winchester, MA area. This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference for children in grades K-5, helping them achieve greater confidence and success in their communication skills.

In this role, you'll provide direct speech and language therapy services, conduct comprehensive evaluations, participate actively in IEP meetings, and develop detailed, individualized education plans. You'll collaborate closely with dedicated staff and families to ensure each student receives targeted support. With a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, you’ll have the space to deliver personalized, impactful care while keeping administrative tasks in balance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure for Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students, preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to independently write IEPs and participate in IEP meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to K-5 students
• Identify students’ needs through thorough assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators and families to foster student success
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
