Cash Applications / Payment Posting SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Applications / Payment Posting Specialist to join a fast-paced food manufacturing company in Pico Rivera. This role is responsible for accurately posting and reconciling customer payments, supporting accounts receivable functions, and ensuring timely and accurate application of cash receipts.Key Responsibilities:Apply daily customer payments including ACH, wire, checks, and lockbox transactionsAccurately post payments to customer accounts and resolve discrepanciesReconcile cash receipts to bank deposits and daily reportsResearch and resolve short pays, deductions, and unapplied cashMaintain organized records of payment transactions and supporting documentationCommunicate with internal accounting teams and customers to resolve payment issuesAssist with month-end close and reporting as neededSupport audit requests related to cash and accounts receivable transactionsQualifications:1–3 years of experience in cash applications, payment posting, or accounts receivableExperience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic to intermediate Excel skillsExperience with ERP systems (manufacturing or food industry a plus)Strong communication and organizational skillsSchedule & Work Environment:Monday – Friday, full-timeOnsite position in Pico RiveraContract role with strong potential for hire based on performancePay Details: $23.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
