Advisory Board Member About the Company Accomplished healthcare organization Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an Advisory Board Member to play a key role in its talent acquisition and referral process. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential talent, as well as referring suitable candidates for open positions. This is a part-time, remote role that offers a monthly retainer and a referral reward. The ideal candidate should have a strong network and the ability to connect with professionals in various industries. As an Advisory Board Member, the primary focus will be on finding and referring talent that aligns with the company's needs. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends, understanding the skills and qualifications required for different roles, and leveraging personal and professional networks to source the best candidates. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the company has access to a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
