We need a high level, sharp as all get out Controller to step in as an Interim Controller for one of our clients! Do you want to work without being micromanaged? Responsibilities Rolling up your sleeves to dig into the general ledger Oversee month-end Perform variance analysis Create financial statements for presentation to the executive team Manage a small team of direct reports Qualifications 7+ years of accounting experience including at management level BA/BS in Accounting Strong ERP system experience Advanced Excel skills Public company experience is preferred however not required Benefits Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
