What You’ll Do:Welcome guests like old friends — even if it’s their first visit
Shake, stir, and pour standout drinks with consistency and flair
Share your love of our wine, cocktails, and cuisine with genuine enthusiasm
Keep the bar buzzing — clean, organized, and full of good energy
Be a team player, supporting servers and jumping in where needed
Make every guest feel special, seen, and appreciated
2+ years behind the bar in fine dining, cocktail lounges, or upscale restaurants
Classic cocktail knowledge (and curiosity for new trends!)
A big-hearted hospitality mindset — you love making people smile
Great communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
Energy and stamina: able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet
