Position Description You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Before applying, you are encouraged to learn more about federal human resources careers by visiting the HR Career Compass at: Position Duties/Responsibilities You will provide classification and compensation advice and guidance on multiple personnel systems, General Schedule (GS), Broad/Pay Band, and Federal Wage System (FWS). You will provide strategic staffing advice and guidance to all levels of management. You will provide advisory services to all levels of management on employee and labor relations. You will develop and promote strategic training programs and services to the workforce. You will conduct analyses on HR services for continuous improvement and streamline of services.
