Concierge

We are seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for one of our premier apartment communities. This position is ideal for an individual with outstanding communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.In this resident-facing role, you will help create a welcoming environment, assist residents and visitors, and support the day-to-day operations of the community. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to providing a first-class resident experience.Responsibilities:Welcome residents, guests, and prospective residents in a professional and friendly mannerManage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requestsAnswer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general community informationCoordinate resident packages, deliveries, and visitor accessAssist with resident events and community engagement activitiesMonitor building access and help maintain community security proceduresHandle resident service requests and communicate with onsite teams to ensure timely resolutionsMaintain accurate records, logs, and reports as neededSupport the onsite management team with administrative and clerical tasksDeliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive resident experienceQualifications:Previous customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, or administrative experience preferredProfessional appearance and positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPrevious multifamily, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plusFriedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
