Activities Assistant

Eastbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the recreational and social experiences of our residents. Health, dental, and vision insurance options.401(k) Plan Paid time off and holiday pay after 90 Days Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of recreational activities, including arts and crafts, games, fitness classes, and special events. Engage with residents to encourage participation in activities and foster a positive environment. Set up and take down activity spaces, ensuring they are clean and organized. Provide support to residents during activities, offering assistance as needed to ensure their safety and enjoyment. Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator to evaluate the success of activities and suggest improvements or new ideas for future programs. Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment used in activities and assist with ordering or restocking as necessary. Document participation and gather feedback from residents to enhance program offerings. Compensation and Schedule: Pay: $13/HR Part-Time Shifts Day Shift or Evening Shift Location: Cleveland, Ohio Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience preferred A minimum of 1 year experience working in a Nursing Home Facility
