Dining Room Host

Position Overview The Dining Room Host is responsible for creating a warm, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests. This role focuses on hospitality, dining room cleanliness, guest assistance, and overall guest satisfaction. Dining Room Hosts play a key role in delivering Chick-fil-A’s signature service by ensuring every guest feels cared for and valued. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and offer assistance as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room at all times Clear tables promptly and sanitize surfaces according to food safety standards Refill beverages, condiments, napkins, and dining room supplies Assist guests with trays, seating, high chairs, and special needs Engage with guests to ensure an excellent dining experience Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations Monitor restrooms and dining areas for cleanliness and readiness Uphold Chick-fil-A brand standards, values, and hospitality expectations Qualifications & Skills Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and cleanliness Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand and move for extended periods Must be at least the minimum age required by local labor laws Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Part-time and full-time positions available What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling A positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and leadership development Free or discounted meals during shifts Sundays off Our Promise At Chick-fil-A, we believe in treating every guest and team member with honor, dignity, and respect.
