Retail Account Manager (Financial)

A Day in the Role:

•  Be responsible for reviewing transaction requests and authorizations, processing transactions, and timely and accurate reconciliatory of transactions.

•  Maintain department processing standards in productivity and quality.

•  Be responsible for tracking responses to client inquiries to inform the development of guides that enable swift resolution of recurring issues.

• Perform duties as assigned to improve business processes, the timing and quality of client transactions, and the level of support available.

• Work to learn and understand business processes and service requirements

•  Communicate either verbally or in writing with clients

•  Navigate through multiple systems daily

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years experience in Customer Support and Computer Skills
• Diploma or GED required
• Inbound/Outbound Call Volume
• Customer Escalation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owings Mills, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
