Project ManagerLooking for a Project Manager who's spent real time on apartment communities, 3+ stories, ground-up, and knows what it takes to run a $15M-$50M project start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning the project from bid and award through pre-construction, construction, and close-outManaging budgets, schedules, subs, and the day to day chaos of a live multifamily siteCoordinating directly with architects, designers, owners, and field teamsRunning regular status meetings and keeping the whole team honest on progressManaging subcontracts, change orders, buyouts, and the paper trail that comes with itCatching the stuff that turns into disputes and claims before it gets therePutting together status reports for ownership and investorsQualificationsDocumented experience as a Project Manager on apartment projects, 3+ storiesComfortable running budgets in the $15M to $50M rangeSolid grip on multifamily construction methods and the quality bar that comes with itCan work independently but still plays well with a teamKnow your way around residential codes and standardsCan build and adjust a schedule without someone holding your handRequirementsMS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, ProCore preferredAbility to work at both the corporate office and active project sitesStrong written and verbal communicationCompensation and Benefits$130K-$165K base, depending on experienceStandard benefits package (medical, dental, vision)PTO and paid holidaysWe're a general contractor based in Corona, building large multi-family communities across the region.
