About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to play a pivotal role in defining and elevating the brand's presence and impact. This senior brand leader will be responsible for shaping the brand's identity in the market, leading the in-house brand team, and ensuring that the brand's voice and story are consistent and compelling across all touchpoints. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen, capable of setting and executing brand strategies that resonate with consumers and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of brand campaigns, product launches, and will have a proven track record in PR, organic social, experiential, partnerships, and licensing. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a seasoned professional with over 10 years' experience in brand marketing or communications, including at least 4 years in a senior or director-level leadership position. They should be adept at using consumer insights to inform brand guidelines and creative direction, and be a master of positioning and messaging. A background in consumer products, wellness, CPG, or high-growth DTC is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader who is a builder, a connector across marketing functions, and a creative director of words, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. The candidate should embody the values of the company, including a people-first approach, a commitment to constant improvement, and a transparent, open, and humble communication style.
