Job Purpose The Director of Construction will serve as the senior leader overseeing commercial construction operations in Waukesha while also contributing directly to business development and revenue growth. - Construction operations management
- Business development and relationship growth
- Lead all commercial construction operations in Waukesha, WI
- Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams
- Maintain P&L responsibility and drive strong gross margins
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and project profitability
- Support a $9M revenue target with projected year-over-year growth
- Develop relationships with brokers, property management firms, and commercial construction partners
- Strengthen subcontractor and vendor networks
- Implement scalable operational processes to support continued hiring and expansion
- 7+ years of leadership experience in commercial construction
- Experience as a Construction Director, Senior Project Manager, or Operations Leader
- Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight
- Business development experience and established industry relationships
- Background in commercial construction
- Strong executive presence and team leadership skills
- Base Salary: $115,000 - $140,000
- Profit-sharing bonus based on project profitability and sales growth
