Account Receivable Specialist

- Generate and review the TOTALogistix Freight Report and ensure all required shipping documentation is complete.
- Verify freight charges, shipment quantities, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Copy, scan, distribute, and maintain freight documentation for Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Organize, reconcile, and maintain shipping black jackets and account files.
- Audit job records against Label Traxx and process customer invoices.
- Enter invoices into Ariba and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files for daily operations and completed jobs.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, invoicing, accounting, shipping, logistics, or a related environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, data-entry accuracy, and ability to review and reconcile invoices, freight charges, and supporting documentation.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with the ability to manage physical and electronic files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP, invoicing, or logistics systems preferred; Label Traxx, Ariba, or TOTALogistix experience is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to handle confidential business and financial information appropriately.
