Ultrasound Technologist

Job Summary Performs a variety of sonographic examinations dealing with OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts. The role also includes assisting the radiologist during invasive procedures and making a clinical judgment of the patient's condition based on information obtained from the referring physician, medical records, patient interview and personal assessments. Hiring Bonus $10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment. Required Qualifications Successful completion of Ultrasound training program and education sufficient to meet eligibility requirements to take the American Registry of Diagnostic Ultrasonographers (ARDMS) registry examination. National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography within 1 year of hire. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern.
