In‐Home Sales Consultant (Roofing & Siding) – Full Commission + Benefits
Compensation: Uncapped Commission (Expected Earnings $75,000 - $150,000)
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Training
Schedule: 2 Appointments Per Day, 5 Days/week
Location: Grand Rapids – In‐Home Appointments Provided
About the Opportunity
We’re a fast‐growing roofing and siding company looking for a motivated EXPERIENCED In‐Home Sales Consultant to join our team. If you’re driven, great with people, and excited by unlimited earning potential, this is a high‐impact role where you can thrive.
We provide pre‐qualified, high‐intent leads — no cold calling. You focus on what you do best: connecting with homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Run company‐generated in‐home appointments with homeowners
- Assess roofing and siding needs and present tailored solutions
- Deliver professional estimates and close sales using a proven process
- Maintain communication with leads and manage your sales pipeline
- Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- In Home Retail Sales Experience, specifically in residential roofing
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
- Confidence presenting in a homeowner’s environment
- Self‐motivated, competitive, and goal‐oriented
- Ability to learn technical product details
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
