Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee onsite construction projects from planning through completion. This individual will be responsible for working directly from the project site, managing daily construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, tracking schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will utilize Procore to manage schedules, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and reporting while acting as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project budgets, supporting procurement efforts, resolving field issues, mitigating project risks, and driving successful project execution. Candidates with prior Construction Management experience and exposure to water/wastewater treatment projects are highly preferred.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting commercial, industrial, utility, or infrastructure construction projects.

• Willingness and ability to work onsite full-time at the construction project location, providing direct oversight of project activities and subcontractors.

• Experience managing day-to-day construction operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field execution.

• Proficiency with Procore for scheduling, project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and overall project schedules. - Previous experience as a Construction Manager or performing Construction Manager responsibilities on active job sites.

• Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) project experience.

• Experience with procurement, material sourcing, and vendor management.

• Experience supporting project buyout activities and subcontractor negotiations.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
