Business Analyst with Salesforce experience
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, reporting).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Document AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows.
- Salesforce Solution Design Configure and customize Salesforce features (objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards). Recommend best practices for Salesforce usage and optimization.
- Project Execution Support end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support. Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
- Stakeholder Communication Act as a bridge between business teams and Salesforce developers/administrators. Prepare and present status reports and solution documentation.
- Data & Process Management Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity within Salesforce. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
