• Required Hours: 8's, 10's.
• Shift Times: LOOKING FOR FT 4 weeks/month plus call.
• Required Specialty: General, Ortho.
• Case Type(s): General, Ortho.
• Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes
• Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: No
• No OT.
• Day Shift: Required.
• Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required.
• Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required.
• Holiday (Call): Preferred.
• Site Charting System: Epic, iPro.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
• What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
• Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
• Other notes about the site: own cases when on call, otherwise 1:4 during days.
• Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 45 days.
• Accelerated Privileges: Temporary (30-60 days)

• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
